As you may have seen at the footer of this email, Wonderbreath is part of The Life Adventure group of wellbeing companies run by myself, Justine Clement. We had Emma Jacobs, a journalist from the FT, come and experience a day of Conscious Connected Breathwork, Forest Bathing, Creative Journaling, Storytelling and Manifestation recently. She's written a fuller article on the experience which is yet to be published by the FT, but here we feature briefly in her article about whether employers are encroaching too much on the wellbeing of their staff (or not). In it, Emma writes
Last summer, I escaped for a day to the Surrey Hills to one run by The Life Adventure. Its most popular workshops among employers were Breathwork, Forest Bathing, Journaling and Storytelling and Manifestation. My brain unfurled. If this is the future of work, I thought, sign me up.
You can read the full article here on the FT website. Or, if not subscribed, please click the below PDF to view and see references to the retreat I ran including Breathwork and Forest Bathing highlighted in yellow.
